Unfortunately, although the compatible cartridges fitted perfectly my HP printer became instantly inoperable and after spending many hours trying to get it to work I have decided I have to buy a new printer. This is very disappointing as I have been a happy customer for very many years, although not particularly frequent one as I am 87 years old and not at my computer and printing every day of the week, or even a month. After much research online and at Curry's, I have come to accept that companies like HP are able to disable your printer if you are not using their branded cartridges which normally I have done. But when speaking to your representative on the phone I was tempted into buying your own brand on this occasion instead of HP which seemed quite reasonable, but with regret, my printer was not prepared to work with your brand. I have ten of your pens, so this will tell you that I have always been very happy with your service, and I will continue to buy future cartridges from you when I have bought my new computer. It may be another HP or a Canon. To say I am not happy with their practices to ensure you do not use third party brands is an understatement. It seems they can remotely disable your printer at will. As allways at cartridge save the service was second to none, I use cartridge save,s own re filled cartridges with no problems, they are cheaper to buy, just as easy to fit, so what is there not to like.

I can not get the cartridges to print on my Printer what a waste of money . My Printer is a HP Photosmart C4180 All in one. I would not recommend the compatible cartridges to any one

They arrived quickly, they work well. I didnt see any option for cheaper price by buying more. Sadly they are not as cheap as tesco/currys or wilkinsons where they used to be £10 for black but no longer sell them
