Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

HP T120 DesignJet A1 Plotter I've moved over from Toner Giant's own brand inks as, although they were super cheap, they were also seeping out of the print head - I'd need to clean it 3 times in printer settings before printing anything to get them back to normal quality and this was after replacing the printhead too. I was going to go back to HP brand inks but they were so expensive, I gave Cartridge Save own brand a try. So far so good - I've printed technical drawings and images on photo paper with no loss of quality which is a relief! Their guarantee and original recycled cartridges gave me a bit more peace of mind in trying them, and although not the cheapest out there, you absolutely do get what you pay for and no more worries about ruining my printhead at half the cost of HP brand inks...! I won't go back to anything else now so pretty happy overall.

Sadly didn’t work, my plotter is a snob and refused to accept them. But there was not a moments quibble and HP ones arrived next day. Can’t beat service like that. The real test of business integrity is how they deal with such matters. CS passed that test. *****
