Coming in at well below the average price of a printer, the Canon Pixma MG3051 is the perfect family printer. This is a convenient all-in-one printer, scanner and photocopier, producing top-quality documents and photos. The device's Wi-Fi capabilities allow wireless printing from smartphones, laptops and PCs. With the Pixma MG3051, Canon introduces cloud printing, which allows users to print from a remote location. It features My Image Garden for Mac or PC, facilitating optimum family photo printing, scrapbooking and creative design. The Canon Pixma prints high-quality texts and photos, both in black and colour.

Design

Sleek in design and small in size, the Canon Pixma MG-3051 fits easily into a small home office. Wireless capabilities remove the need for connecting leads, further adding to its convenience and suitability for home use. The output tray is located at the front of the device and can be removed, and the lid sits nicely on top of the printer. It is just 199mm in height, 470mm in width and 396mm in depth, which is quite amazing considering all that this device can do.

Advantages

The Canon Pixma MG3051 is top when it comes to its wireless capabilities and creative design features. There is no need to stash away cumbersome leads as the documents and photos can be printed via Wi-Fi from laptops, PCs, tablets, smartphones or cameras. Cloud printing is also handy, allowing you to print even when you are not at home.

Designed for creativity and photo printing, the Canon Pixma MG3051 includes excellent photo printing software, and the user can directly access Creative Park Premium, a Canon online photo design studio and even print 5 x 5-inch photos.

Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering (FINE) technology provides high-quality, grain-free, full-colour photo prints and crisp black ink documents.

Disadvantages

Synchronising the Canon Pixma MG3051 with your device may take a little longer than one might wish. The process is quite taxing, and repeatedly reading the instructions is essential.
