The ideal printer for a home office will be a three-in-one variety to prevent the need to waste space and money in buying three separate pieces of equipment, the Canon MG3052 is one such printer. Not only is it designed to print colour pages, but it can also scan and copy without any negative effect on the shade of the colours. With its Wi-Fi capability, the machine allows for wireless printing for convenience.

Design

The Canon Pixma MG3052 printer measures approximately 15” x 43” x 31”, so it is a good-sized option when there is not a lot of spare space in which to put the unit. The lid only needs to be lifted to reveal the flatbed, where originals can be aligned to ensure a precise result when scanning and copying. The prints are released cleanly and left flat.

Advantages

The low cost of the Canon Pixma MG3052 is one of the bonuses of this printer, in addition to its multiple uses. The printer makes it easy to get colour prints and lab-quality photos at home, and it can be used wirelessly with electronic devices as well as online services. With the Canon Pixma MG3052, users can take advantage of the Creative Park Premium, which is an online service that enhances the ability of the printer.

Disadvantages

If you want to be able to undertake double-sided printing, then the Canon Pixma MG3052 is not the right printer to choose, as it not capable of this. Although the printer comes with software (My Image Garden) that allows photos to be organised, it only works with PC or Mac. The sizes that can be printed are limited.
