It delivers clear and sharp output and requires little maintenance. The Epson LQ-590 dot-matrix printer is quiet and economical and has a print head life of 400 million strokes. This printer uses black ribbon cartridges that usually lasts 5 million characters. The Epson LQ590 impact printer does not work on Mac operating systems and newer Windows computers.

Design

Measuring 16.3 x 13.8 x 6.3 inches, the Epson LQ590 dot-matrix printer is small and compact. It comes in grey and has a paper tray plus manual feed slot. For connectivity, parallel and 1.1 USB ports are provided. The Epson LQ-590 fast 24-pin A4 printer weighs 15.6 lbs and it can handle different media including envelopes and paper rolls. Print speed can go as fast as 529 cps on draft.
