However, the HP Business Inkjet 1200dn needs better software, a sturdier build, and better technology to make it competitive with similar models from other manufacturers.
Design
The HP Business Inkjet 1200dn is part of the Business Inkjet 1200 series, so it shares many similar features with is siblings, such as the weight (20.7 pounds), dimensions (19 inches wide, 8.3 inches tall, 18.3 inches deep), and processor speed. It also has a 32MB RAM installed along with a built-in duplexer. However, the most distinctive addition on the HP Business Inkjet 1200dn is the networking capability with the Ethernet 10/100Base-TX.
Advantages
Users can readily integrate the HP Business Inkjet 1200dn into an Ethernet-based network, making it more efficient in an office setting.
