The HP Business Inkjet 1200dn is part of the Business Inkjet 1200 series, so it shares many similar features with is siblings, such as the weight (20.7 pounds), dimensions (19 inches wide, 8.3 inches tall, 18.3 inches deep), and processor speed. It also has a 32MB RAM installed along with a built-in duplexer. However, the most distinctive addition on the HP Business Inkjet 1200dn is the networking capability with the Ethernet 10/100Base-TX.
Advantages
Users can readily integrate the HP Business Inkjet 1200dn into an Ethernet-based network, making it more efficient in an office setting. Double-sided printing is another advantage, as it saves resources and time. Print sped is acceptable at 15 ppm in black (best) and 28 ppm in colour (fast). The HP Business Inkjet 1200dn is also very economical in terms of ink consumption.
Disadvantages
Size is one of the disadvantages of the HP Business Inkjet 1200dn because it is quite bulky compared to similar models.
