      Cartridge arrived next day and installed without a problem. Seemed to work OK but I have not had a chance to see how it performs long term or how long it lasts. Good price compared with the standard HP part. I would recommend this as a cheaper alternative to the genuine HP part. Used with HP PSC-12.

      Cartridge save supplied the two Compatible Photo Colour HP 58 Printer Cartridges - (HP C6658AN) very quickly (next day delivery). The parcel appeared to have come from the continent. I was very pleased because at least 6 other cartridge suppliers in the UK had been unable to supply this particular cartridge. It seems that HP no longer make or supply the original.

      I prefer the original HP 58 cartridge. This compatible one was at a very reasonable price, but I find that the colour quality is not as good. My photos have a bluish tinge, so colours are not accurate. I am using the cartridge with my HP Photosmart 7960. When the original HP cartridge is available I shall order that, but don't think I will buy the compatible one again.

      Service price and help were excellent. Unfortunately my 10 year old printer decided to exit this life when the cartridges arrived and were never installed. But the returns procedure was simple and was explained on the telephone by one of the staff. It was non-confrontational and went very smoothly. I hade a returns authorisation the same hour. I shall re-order new cartridges for my new printer and write a similar review.
