The HP Officejet 6215 all-in-one printer can function as a fax machine, copier, printer and scanner. This model has a monthly duty cycle of 3,000 impressions, making the Officejet 6215 multifunction printer ideal for SOHO users. It offers low power consumption and is Energy Star certified. This model doesn’t offer Wi-Fi connectivity.

Design

The HP Officejet 6215 all-in-one inkjet printer weighs 15.43lbs and measures 17.7 x 15.1 x 9.2 inches. It has a control panel with a display, numeric keypad and function buttons. For media handling, this model has a 20-sheet automatic document feeder and a 100-sheet paper tray. The HP 6215 all-in-one comes with a USB port as well as a PictBridge port to support direct printing of photos from digital cameras.

Advantages

The printer has a decent print speed of 23ppm for monochrome and 18ppm for colour. It offers a high maximum resolution of 4800 x 1200dpi. The Super G3 fax has a modem speed of 33.6kbos and it can save up to 120 pages. It also features activity report and automatic redialling. The HP Officejet 6215 colour inkjet printer can multi-copy up to 100 parts.

Disadvantages

PC fax is supported but only for receiving documents. The all-in-one Officejet 6215 printer could be better if it had a colour display and Wi-Fi connectivity. It would also helps if it supported mobile and cloud printing.
