The multi-function HP Officejet 7313 also scans, faxes, and copies. It lets you print direct from the memory card or USB, even without a PC. The HP Officejet 7313 is suitable for network sharing, and is a good all around workhorse for demanding print requirements. Limited availability of both the printer and consumables may be an issue.

Design

The HP Officejet 7313 is a bit bulky, being a combination of a DeskJet printer and a flatbed scanner. It has a small LCD screen and a menu panel for easy printing and navigation. It uses HP thermal inkjet print technology and can print as fast as 30 ppm (black, in draft mode). Print quality is 4800 x 1200. Duplex printing upgrades are available.

Advantages

An efficient solution that can be networked with multiple computers, the HP Officejet 7313 is Ethernet ready and can be upgraded with an optional Bluetooth adapter. It is easy to print photos directly from cameras, thanks to PictBridge technology.

Disadvantages

Similar printers from competing brands usually have a built in Wi-Fi. Though the HP Officejet 7313 produces excellent coloured documents and photos, its speed is a bit slow. The HP Officejet 7313 is not available in all countries, so it may also be hard to find parts.
