The HP PageWide Enterprise Colour 785 is a large printer that is ideal for commercial use as it is capable of producing results that can meet a professional standard. The printer will be a useful addition to an office environment as it has all the features necessary, from a document feeder for the flatbed to the wireless capability. With an ISO printing speed of 55ppm, this printer offers an efficient way to get the documents needed.

Design

The dimensions of the HP PageWide Enterprise Colour 785 are approximately 32" x 24.2" x 26.7" when the tray is not pulled out, so it is not designed for the average home office. The document feeder means that the lid does not even need to be lifted in order to scan a document.

Advantages

When you purchase an HP PageWide Enterprise Colour 785, you can expect a robust printer that offers a speedy way to print documents and images in mono or colour. It has an 8” touchscreen display panel as well as a keyboard for control of the functions of the printer. The printer makes use of HP PageWide Technology, which uses the ink efficiently to make it last longer than would be the case for other types of cartridge.

Disadvantages
