The Brother MFC-795CW is a top choice for those who need printing efficiency. Whether it’s the easy-to-use LCD screen or the myriad of different accepted media types, this device is user-friendly in many ways. However, there are some disadvantages to it, including slightly restricted fax functions and a size that might be just a little too large.

Design

This inkjet printer comes with several different features designed to make your printing jobs easy. For example, it has a built-in fax function that comes with a fast modem speed of 33,600 bps and remote access functions. The colour printer has a colour enhancement feature, so your preferred hues will shine when they are printed onto the page. It also has a standard paper input tray capacity of 100 sheets.

Advantages

This device has many advantages that ensure it appeals to various users. Controlling the functions of the device is easy given the 5-inch colour LCD screen, making it especially handy for those who may have vision difficulties. Crucially for those who need the flexibility of media types, it can also accept a lot of different sizes including standard options like A4 as well as more niche options like DL envelopes, postcards and more.

Disadvantages

Despite being a strong performer overall, this device does have a couple of small drawbacks to note. The fax machine’s dual access function is black and white only, and the same goes for the fax forwarding service. It’s also worth pointing out that the printer could be too large for some environments, as it has dimensions of 460 x 375 x 180 mm.
