Brilliant service from Cartridge Save, Unfortunately still a problem with the printer

Th new fuser Genuine Samsung arrived damaged, but as usual, when I informed Cartridge Save, they were extremely helpful and sent quickly a replacement. I haven't fitted it yet as the printer has 'sprung' another problem, but with the service I have always received from Cartridge Save, I am confident that it will work. Many thanks Cartridge Save.

My experience with CartridgeSave was fantastic! I had to call the company just to make sure I was buying the correct part. The young lady I spoke to was helpful and knowledgable and I felt really confident making my purchase. The part arrived and is now installed in my printer and - voila! The printer is working beautifully and I am a very happy customer. The price of the Fuser Unit was really good too - I compared prices online before I bought.
