Appaling return and refund policy. Basically you ordered it we will not refund as you opened the box to find it incorrect. Accused of opening seal. There were no seals present except for selotape. Offered 50% refund but need the unit back even though they say it cant be sold on. I can nit see any policy on their site stating only except un open items as a return.

Quick delivery. Easy enough to install having watched videos (in English) on utube. Update the firmware from the Brother website as suggested. To reset the fuser counter, carefully follow button presses in this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6qNAN8eS28 This also shows how to reset the PF counter, if required. It worked for me. My 2015 model DCP-9020CDW is now working like new.

Quality product relatively easy to fit - thank-you youtube as there were no instructions included other than the statement that you must update the firmware - an easy download which worked perfectly.. Alignment on install is very very important. I needed to ease the mounting slot on the left of the unit as it was half a mm narrower than the one it replaced. All I need to do now is figure out how to reset the lifetime counter as the methods listed on the web are wrong. Service and delivery arrangements by CartridgeSave were perfect. Will use these guy's again. A very happy customer.
