Canon was out of stock as were other stockists. They dispatched the item quickly, unfortunately the delivery company couldn't be bother to come as far as Newbury from Basingstoke depot with the excuse of incomplete address which was a fabrication. I spoke to Cartridgesave and they put another in the post with a different courier. Very good service.
