I ordered the large cartridge on the next day free delivery and paid - within about one hour a customer services gentleman contacted me via telephone to advise that there would be a delay in this item reaching me as they did not hold stock and therefore would not be here the next day. He then proceeded to find me a suitable alternative in a smaller size that could be delivered the next day - we ordered that and it arrived on time - we kept the original order in place and that arrived in good time too! WIN WIN! Thank you cartridge save!
