Having had problems with ink marks on the edge of printed pages, I spoke to an advisor at Cartridge Save and it was found that I needed to replace the imaging unit for my Samsung printer. I ordered a compatible unit and it arrived the following morning. It was very easy to install and my printer is working perfectly again. I have already purchased compatible toner cartridges from Cartridge Save and have been extremely happy with the print quality and price. The help given on the phone has always been excellent and I rate Cartridge Save very highly indeed.
