The new one works fine. It was to replace one I previously purchased from you which had developed a fault leaving a big wide horizontal line every three inches down the page. I tried cleaning the cartridge roller but that did not fix it. Looks like there is a damaged nick is the roller which matches the black line

All very easy to do. Cartridge Save have a very comprehensive list of available cartridges that makes it easy to find the one you need. Ordering and paying it was clear how to do that.
