I have been buying HP-compatible laser toner from Cartridge Save for over 10 years. Because I received two faulty compatible cartridges in a row I was immediately sent a genuine HP 49X cartridge worth 50% more but for no extra charge and no quibbling. That is what I call responsive customer service.

The service was excellent and installation no problem Unfortunately this reused cartridge print quality is poor, it leaves several line across the page and a light powder dusting on the page. Just hoping it improves with use.
