I cannot speak too highly of Cartridge Save, their customer service is really second to none, I have been using their non genuine replacement ink jet cartridges for my Epson printer and recently been having issues with my printer not recognising some of the cartridges, discussing with the customer service people, all of whom have been very helpful and understanding, they promptly sent me replacement cartridges, in case they were faulty, they too triggered error messages, again in a desire to help me they promptly sent me a pack of genuine Epson cartridges all free of charge, this kind of service is very rare but very much appreciated, although these cartridges were recognised, the print quality is quite poor, leading me to wonder if the problems are in part, with my printer. In spite of this and after sending me replacement cartridges in an effort to resolve the issues, still not completely resolved, they are still willing to try to help me to get up and running again, they have been simply first class in every way and I am confident that I will with their help and advice, discover and resolve the problem. I will continue to use and recommend this company who genuinely and rarely these days offer first class products and service, No I’m not on the payroll, just a normal person giving an honest account of my experience, well done CartridgeSave
