Very Disappointed. After buying and using cartridgesave products successfully for may years, I have met a major problem with this T2621- REM cartridge. Have not been able to install it into my Epson XP 700 printer. A small design change seems to have been carried out on one end of the body. As a result, the cartridge cannot be pushed home and cannot be locked into position. An Epson produced cartridge had to be bought quickly to maintain operation. The same problem occurred with a T2621 bought earlier. At that time I guessed it was a "one off" difficulty. So, could these be replaced by a different cartridge model please?
