I switched to compatibles some years ago, based on the assurances given by CartridgeSave, which has cut the cost of replacements considerably. I have an Epson Workforce printer, and the print quality is always very good. In that time, I have only ever had one cartridge that appeared to run out before it was empty. I contacted CartridgeSave and explained what had happened, and they sent a replacement without any quibble - within a few days! Very pleased with their customer service.

very prompt service by both company and Royal Mail. Though we have not yet used these cartridges, we buy them regularly and have always been pleased with their performance.

I have been using this ink and found for my purposes it works just fine. It arrived very quickly as usual. I know I can trust this alternative to the manufacturers ink because it is supplied by Cartridgesave.
