After an initial mix up about how I could get hold of the cartridges, I spoke to Jill who arranged for the delivery of a full set of cartridges. These were delivered the following day and, after installing one on the same day, I have been able to print off very good quality material. Very prompt, helpful service, delivering a quality product.
