We had been really pleased with the ink cartridges for our Epson Workforce Pro WF5110, a good price and very prompt delivery. We started using them when the printer came out of guarantee. However the print quality on any block of printing, like a photo in a document, started to get lines on it, about 8 months ago. We thought it was the printer playing up and did everything we could like nozzle cleaning. the black for the written word was getting slightly fainter too. We are now having to replace that printer (complicated why - we had an old HP printer that was a scanner too, and it has "died" of old age probably - but excellent printer quality with the Cartridge Save inks). The Computer shop we use, and are ordering our new printer through ( and has no vested interest as they do not sell ink) has said that really we should not have been using a compatible ink as the true Epson one's has an inbuilt cleanser, that maintain the nozzles. So we will be buying the Epson inks when we get the new printer (but would anyway whilst under guarantee) for it to maintain ink quality. this does not detract from us rating Cartridge Save for price and service.
