We bought a new printer and forgot to change the repeat order for the toner - no problem, re-ordered toner for the new printer and returned the old toner cartridges via a free pick-up from Royal Mail (and a refund) no probs! Mthanks John and Janice

Easy to install and following the instructions provided to disable the printer cartridge check was straight forward. Unlike cheaper brands this works well on every type of paper I have tried without smudging or coming off in your hands! Comparable to OEM quality but at half the cost.
