These leaked all over my printer. I thought I had a dodgy batch but the second order did the same.

Ive had the compatible cartridges twice now and both times they have leaked and caused a mess in the printer. the first order i presumed would be a one off but the second order did the same.

We've been buying cartridges from Cartridgesave for our Brother printer for a few years now. Initially we had no problems but the last couple of times we've ordered, the cartridges have leaked out into our printer. Due to this problem the quality of the print is not so good and we will need to get our printer cleaned at some point because of the residue spilled inside the printer. Customer service is not so great as when I complained about the product, Cartridgesave did not resolve my issue. I was told that they had no other reports about the product and therefore they did not consider it an issue! Not good customer service considering the cartridges cost £160 each time we order! On a positive note, delivery was very efficient and ordering online is easy.
