The Brother DCP-L2560DW is a good entry-level multi-functional printer. This is a monochrome printer that will produce high-quality prints. It is also useful if you need to occasionally receive faxes or copy documents. Overall, this model is ideal for printing at home or at a small business and will make daily office work easier.

Design

The Brother DCP-L2560DW printer has a touchscreen liquid crystal display Its buttons include Home, Back, Cancel, Dial Pad and Power On/Off. There is also a Wi-Fi light, which indicates when the wireless connection is down. The printer has three modes: fax, copy and scan. It also has a settings menu that permits the user to set various features, such as speaker volume, ring volume, date and time. There is a single 250-page printer tray at the base of the printer as well as one single-sheet feeder. Scanning to email requires a firmware update. The print speed is 30 ppm. This printer includes features such as quick print, which is designed to save time and money. The Brother DCP-L2560DW has a number of connectivity options, such as Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and cable. It supports mobile connections such as Google Cloud Print, Cortado Cloud Print, AirPrint and iPrint & Scan. The printer can handle A4, A5, A6 and Executive paper sizes. Only the A4 will produce automatic double-sided prints.

Advantages

With multi-function capability, the Brother DCP-L2560DW is able to produce faxes and copies and print documents. It can also print double-sided. Its small size makes it suitable for small homes or offices. Wi-Fi connectivity means that the printer can be stored in a cupboard or on a shelf and used remotely.
