Designed for large workgroups, the Canon IR-8085 is a multifunction device that can copy, scan, store, send, and print. Optional support for PostScript and PCL emulation are offered. The IR-8085 copier features a 10.4 inch touch screen display and it is integrated with 1.5 GB of memory and 80 GB HDD. The Canon ImageRUNNER ADVANCE 8085 model has standard networking connectivity and offers USB host to allow direct scanning to and printing from thumb drives. The Canon IR-8085 black and white copier can deliver high-quality output at quick speed. Fax function is not offered, even as an option.

This large device comes with a flatbed scanner, a duplexer, and ADF. The touchscreen display stems from the main unit and is upright.
