The Canon i-SENSYS LBP-212dw is a monochrome laser printer able to print up to A4 size. It is suitable for use in a small or home office where the ability to print in duplex will save paper, and it also allows the creation of booklets. It is a hardworking device and features a wireless connection allowing it to be used by a number of people printing from different devices. As a basic no-frills monochrome printer, this is a good option which is straightforward to use, but if colour printing is required or other office functions such as faxing, scanning and copying are required, it will not be suitable as the sole office printer.
Design
With the dimensions of 401 x 373 x 250 mm, the Canon i-SENSYS LBP-212dw is a compact device with a smart white and grey design. Paper is stored in a 250-sheet input tray with the option of expanding this up to 550 sheets. On the top of the device is a control panel including an LCD screen. Print speed is 33 ppm, with a monthly duty cycle of 80,000 pages and print resolution of 1200 dpi. Connection is achieved using an ethernet interface or wirelessly.
