The compact Dell C1660W colour printer with LED technology and wireless connectivity is perfect for home or micro offices and workgroups. Despite its small size, users can expect high-quality coloured images and professional monochrome documents from this model. It has a default resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and it can deliver 30,000 pages per month. The Dell C1660W printer is integrated with 128 MB of memory and it has a 384 MHz processor. It has built-in Wi-Fi and it is compatible with both Macintosh and Windows computers. Pint speed is quite sluggish.

Design

This all-black device has a small control panel with 2-line LCD display. The Dell C1660W laser printer has a 150-sheet input tray and a 100-sheet output bin. Print speed can go as fast as 12 ppm for black and white with the first page out in 21 seconds and 10 ppm for coloured with the first page out in 25 seconds or less. This model weighs 23.1 lbs and measures 15.5 x 11.8 x 8.9 inches.

Advantages

The reliable Dell C1660W colour laser printer is sure to deliver professional and crisp output. This device comes with Wi-Fi making it easy to share among workgroups or print directly from mobile devices such as Android phones. The Dell C-1660 wireless colour printer takes up little space and requires low maintenance. Replacement Dell C1660W cartridges are very reasonably priced and can be ordered from some online sellers in a multi-buy pack to guarantee a cheaper price per cartridge.

Disadvantages

There are inkjet printers that are much faster than the C1660W colour LED printer. This model is only capable of manual double-sided printing and does not offer a USB host for thumb drives. The Dell C1660W's display is also rather small.
