Offices with limited spaces needing a printer, copier, and scanner may opt for the HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise CM4540 MFP. The HP CM4540 multifunction printer delivers great quality output at amazing speeds. It has a maximum print, copy, and scan resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and a monthly duty cycle of 175,000 pages. However, the HP Colour LaserJet CM4540 laser multifunction printer does not have a built-in fax machine.

Design

This large printer measures 35.6 x 24.5 x 22.6 inches and weighs 120.5 lbs. It has a flatbed scanner on top and an automatic document feeder. The HP Colour LaserJet CM4540 MFP printer has a standard paper handling capacity of 650 sheets but optional paper trays are available. Print and copy speeds are quite quick at 42 pages per minute for both monochrome and coloured prints.
