The HP M681z is a printer with a variety of functions, and it can also be used to copy, fax and scan where needed. Good print resolutions make it easy to produce good print quality time after time, and the printer can handle high volumes of printing quite easily. The HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M681z is a good-size printer for the average office, and it is easy to use.

Design

The HP M681z has been designed to guard itself from attacks. The software can detect potential threats and hacks by checking the in-built operating code. The printer has been designed to use less energy than other models. A pull-out keyboard is included with the HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M681z to make it easier to enter data. Double-sided printing and copying are standard features, and there are good scanning speeds.

Advantages

Scanning can be done to SharePoint and other destinations to make the function easy to manage. The automatic document feeder can hold up to 150 pages. The HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise Flow MPF M681z is compatible with a number of operating systems, including Windows, Linux and Mac. Prints and copies can be enlarged or reduced in size up to 400%, and there is a collate function for larger print jobs.

Disadvantages

The print time to the first page is quite long at 13.3 seconds, with most printers having a much shorter first print time, so this might be a disappointment for some users. The largest page size for the HP M681z is A4, which may be disappointing for those offices and workplaces that have more varied print requirements.
