A busy office can enhance its productivity and streamline tasks with the HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise multifunction M680f printer. This multifunction device is easy to operate and helps save space and money with the integration of a copier, scanner, and fax machine with a colour printer. It's fast and efficient, too, but the high initial price of the Colour LaserJet Enterprise MFP M680f printer could be a setback for some users.

Design

This is a 77.9kg device that stands tall at 1135mm high. The base unit on the HP M-680f colour laser printer can expand to 1245mm wide and 994mm deep, requiring additional installation space. Despite the understated frame, the HP LaserJet Enterprise M680f colour multifunction printer manages to look tech-savvy with an eight-inch colour touchscreen, which also simplifies on-board operation. It runs on 2GB of memory and is powered by an 800MHz processor. High-speed USB 2.0, Jetlink, Kensington Lock accessory, two USB 2.0 ports, fax and Gigabit Ethernet are supported.

Advantages

It enhances productivity with two-sided scanning, wireless and mobile printing, print speeds of up to 42 pages per minute, and built-in fax and copying. Users can easily print from smartphones, tablets and notebooks with this Apple AirPrint and HP ePrint compatible device. The Colour LaserJet M680f laser multifunction printer simplifies usage control and management with Web Jetadmin and advanced security features. High volume printing is possible with up to 3,100 sheets in paper capacity and time saving features include automatic job sorting and the ADF. The Hewlett Packard LaserJet multifunction M680f printer is energy efficient and versatile for use on many types of paper and specialty media. The long-life HP Colour LaserJet M680f toner cartridges drive down overall running costs be producing a cheap cost-per-print, especially when the high yield HP 653X black toner is used in the printer.

Disadvantages
