The HP LaserJet 5100Le is a wide-format laser printer that comes with a compact desktop design. The device comes with a 250-sheet cassette tray as well as a multi-purpose flip tray that can support around 100 sheets of paper. It prints on various types of media such as transparencies, cardstock and envelopes. The six button controls, LEDs and alphanumerical two-line LCD display is fairly intuitive in nature. Each page is rich in text, precise in clarity and superior in quality.

Design

The HP LaserJet 5100Le printer has a print resolution of 1200x1200 dpi at speeds of up to 22 ppm on A4 sized paper. It is equipped with 16GB of memory and three DIMM memory slots. This ensures you can add more memory if required, with its maximum being 192MB. Its instant on fuser system makes certain you do not have to wait for a long wake-up time. This is especially true when the printer is in power save mode. This printer comes with a toner saver mode that works to save on toner use in a significant way. With the help of the control panel, a user can make adjustments from the various default paper sizes all the way to fuser power adjustments.
