The HP LaserJet 9040 series printer is a cost-efficient machine that offers monochrome laser printing on a wide range of media, as large as 11 x 17. It has a wide array of paper-handling options, including a multifunction finisher, 8-bin mailbox, and stapler/stacker. The HP LaserJet 9040 monochrome printer is very reliable and boasts recommended monthly print volume of 30,000 pages. The HP 9040 laser printer only has a parallel port for connectivity and optional duplexing, however.
Design
Measuring 39 x 24.9 x 23.6 inches, the Hewlett Packard LaserJet 9040 printer is quite compact. It boasts 40 ppm, printing out the first page as fast as 8 seconds.
