The reliable HP LaserJet 9040n is a monochrome laser printer with a maximum print resolution of 600 x 600 dpi. The monthly duty cycle is 300,000 pages. This printer's recommended monthly print volume is 10,000 to 30,000 pages. Output is good, from black and white text documents to greyscale graphics and images plus it is delivered at a relatively quick speed. The HP LaserJet 9040n black and white office printer does not offer standard Wi-Fi and duplexer.
Design
This monochrome laser printer has optional paper handling options like finishers and stapler/stacker. Paper trays are at the bottom and the HP LaserJet 9040n laser printer has a maximum paper handling capacity of 2000 sheets. For connectivity, Ethernet and parallel ports are located at the back of the LaserJet 9040n. Print speed can go as fast as 40 ppm and the first page comes out in 8 seconds.
