The HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M528z is a multifunction monochrome printer that also supports scanning, copying and faxing in addition to advanced workflow features. This laser printer has a maximum monthly duty cycle of 150,000 pages. With a recommended monthly volume of 2,000 to 7,500 pages, this printer has sufficient volume for most small to medium-sized businesses. Automatic duplex printing is available as standard. This printer is capable of handling a wide variety of paper types, including envelopes, labels and cardstock.

Design

Equipped with a convenience stapler, the HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M528z measures 18.98 x 19.52 x 19.55 inches in its standard configuration. It weighs 49.16lbs and features an 8-inch touchscreen to allow for easy monitoring of print jobs and configuration of scans and copying. This printer can be connected via USB, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. It includes an automatic document feeder to make copying and scanning easier for users. The simple off-white and dark grey colour scheme makes it suitable for most office designs.

Advantages

Supporting AirPrint, HP ePrint, Google Cloud Print and Mopria, this printer makes it easy to print from mobile devices at a print speed of up to 45 ppm. It has a very quick first-page-out time of six seconds, so users will never have to wait long for prints. The HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M528z is equipped with a default paper capacity of 650 pages, but this can be expanded to hold up to 2,300 pages with an additional tray. This printer features a maximum print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi.

Disadvantages

The HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M528z is a monochrome-only printer and does not support colour printing. Organisations that print high volumes would be better served by an alternative device.
