The print speed of 52 ppm and print resolution of 1200x1200 dpi are more than sufficient for most professional purposes, while the scan resolution of 600x600 dpi is superb. The machine’s copy speed is also a whopping 52-ppm, with 600x600 dpi resolution, and the fax function features a 500-page memory. The fax also incorporates dedicated features such as automatic redialling, LAN fax and fax archiving.

Its dimensions are such that it can easily be positioned wherever desired, and the choice of USB, Wi-Fi, LAN, and Bluetooth connectivity makes the device suitable for any modern, connected corporate environment, where it will handle large batches with ease.

Disadvantages

For dedicated, large format print applications, the HP M631z may not be the most suitable option, and the LCD screen can cause reflections under some lighting conditions that make it difficult to operate.
