The HP P2015 is a great monochrome laser printer that is perfect for the home or small office. It is a fast printer that is able to produce average text and graphics. The HP P2015 is able to print up to 27 pages per minute and can connect to a PC using a high-speed USB connection. It is able to print a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. This HP printer also uses HP ProRes 1200 and HP FastRes 1200 to enhance imagery and improve quality of printing. The P2015 uses a Motorola ColdFire 400 MHz processor and has 288 MB of RAM memory to handle multiple print jobs. The HP P2015 can also print cards, transparencies, envelopes, labels, and plain paper. It also uses only 350 watts when operational and power consumption is reduced to 7 watts when this printer is on standby.

Design

This workgroup printer is designed with simplicity in mind. It is a compact printer with dimensions of 13.8" x 14.3" x 10.1". The HP P2015 has clean exterior with a easy to use control panel. The control panel is made up of indicator lights, a 'go' button, and a 'cancel' button. The P2015 has a simple grey colour scheme that gives the printer a plain design.
