When you’re using the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227sdn, you’ll be getting much more than just a printer – it has the ability to scan, copy and fax documents as well, which makes it a fantastic value all-purpose office machine. This has been designed with the home and small office in mind and can be used by a maximum of five users. This multi-function printer provides you with a high-quality performance and fast print speeds, alongside great energy efficiency, so you’re not using more than is necessary.

Design

This stylish printer has a compact size and measures just 40.3x40.74x31.15cm, so it can easily be accommodated in small spaces. The M227sdn has a maximum media capacity of 250 sheets and can be used for a variety of different types, including labels, envelopes, letterheads and card, providing you with the flexibility to produce a range of documents from a single machine. All of the features of this device can be accessed on a panel at the top of the unit, which gives you information on the status of print jobs and any maintenance issues.

Advantages

The HP LaserJet Pro M227sdn has been designed with the fast pace of modern businesses in mind and this device can print and copy at speeds of up to 28 pages per minute. Users can print straight from their mobile devices and the fast, two-sided printing reduces your paper usage.

Disadvantages

The M227sdn prints in monochrome only and with a maximum monthly usage of 2,500, it is mainly used by small businesses or workgroups. The media capacity is limited to 250 sheets and the output capacity is 150 sheets, which makes it most suited to smaller print jobs that don’t require finishing. Unlike other machines in this price range the display is not a touchscreen, it uses a number of buttons underneath an backlit LCD panel.
