The Lexmark CX827de is a colour multifunction laser printer with the ability to print, fax, scan and copy designed for use in a medium sized office or workgroup, particularly one producing high quality booklets and brochures. A range of finishing options and Lexmark’s innovative colour technology results in documents produced to a high professional standard. The printer meets tough environmental standards including US Energy Star and German Blue Angel by its sustainable design, using recycled materials and pats which can themselves eventually be recycled. The printer achieves high standards of printing and efficiency, but to make the most of it you will need to purchase wireless connectivity, finishing options and additional paper trays all of which will increase the purchase price.

Design

Measuring 763 x 559 x 588mm the Lexmark CX827de comes in a two-toned grey design. Connection is achieved from a USB or network interface, with an optional Wi-Fi connection if required. Print speeds are 50ppm, resolution is 2400 x 1200 dpi and the monthly duty cycle is 200,000 pages. The printer is navigated and monitored from the 17.8cm colour touch screen on the front of the device. Paper storage is in a 550-sheet input tray and there is also a 100 sheet multi-purpose feeder with the option to purchase further paper trays giving a capacity of 4,500 sheets.
