The Lexmark M1242 printer model is a monochrome printer with a relatively small footprint. This printer does not include any additional features such as copying, faxing and scanning. It includes an integrated duplexer and produces high-quality, black and white prints up to A4 size. It has been designed to fit easily on the corner of a desk and has a beige and black colour scheme that fits well in most office environments. The Lexmark M1242 is a good fit for many small workgroups and busy home offices that require printing only.
Design
Measuring 10.2 x 15.7 x 14.7 inches, the single-function Lexmark M1242 printer has a weight of approximately 30.9lb, making it easy to move if necessary. The status of print operations can be viewed on a 2-line monochrome OLED display. To expand its paper capacity, the Lexmark M1242 includes the option to add an additional 550-page paper tray as well as a 250-page paper tray. It includes an integrated duplexer and Ethernet and USB connections as standard. This printer includes the option to add wireless connectivity.
