The Lexmark MS421dw is a monochrome laser printer designed for use in a small office or a home office. It has a compact design so will fit onto the corner of a desk but still offers the same quality of finish that a larger printer has. Designed just for simple print jobs, this printer may not have all the features of a larger printer, but it is more than adequate for the average user and comes with everything needed to get started.
Design
This printer has several connectivity options including network, USB and a wireless option. It has been designed to be compatible with both Mac and Windows. The dimensions of the MS421dw Lexmark are 43x47x37.6 cm, making it a fairly small printer and it will not require a great deal of space in the office. It has a 2-line LCD display to guide you through operating the printer. The printer features a multi-purpose tray that holds 100 sheets and it weighs just under 16kg.
Advantages
The mono Lexmark MS421dw has a print resolution of 1200x1200 dpi which ensures good quality prints and the auto duplex feature helps to save paper. The print speed of 42 ppm is good for a small printer, and the time taken for the first print is only 6.25 seconds. The printer is compatible with AirPrint for added flexibility for mobile workers.
Disadvantages
