Designed for heavy-duty printing, the Lexmark MS811DTN printer is integrated with standard high-paper handling capacity and a duplexer. It also has built-in Ethernet for easy networking. The Lexmark MS811DTN network-ready printer can deliver 275,000 pages per month and it has a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. It is integrated with an 800 MHz processor and 512 MB of memory that can be upgraded to 2.5 GB. Expect the Lexmark MS811DTN monochrome workgroup printer to be pricey.

Design

Measuring 20.7 x 16.7 x 20.1 inches and weighing 65 lbs, the Lexmark MS811DTN laser printer is very easy to store or place in the office. This device comes with a colour LCD display on its control panel plus a numeric keypad and navigation buttons. Ethernet and USB ports are offered and the Lexmark MS811DTN workgroup printer also has optional finishers. Print speed can go as fast as 64 ppm on simplex and 38 spm on duplex with the first page out in 4.4 seconds. This device has a standard paper handling capacity of 1,200 sheets.

Advantages

With the Lexmark MS811DTN mono laser printer, users will have no trouble sharing the unit as it is compatible with most operating systems and it has built-in Ethernet. This reliable printer is quick and delivers professional output. The Lexmark MS811DTN black and white printer comes with a built-in duplexer for double-sided printing plus it also has a USB host for direct printing. Disadvantages

The trouble with the MS-811DTN printer is its small LCD display, which could be better as a touchscreen interface. The Lexmark MS811DTN is expensive given that wireless is only optional.
