The network-ready Lexmark MS811N laser printer is ideal for large workgroups with high-volume printing needs. Despite its small size, this impressive printer is very quick and offers high-quality and professional output. It has a monthly duty cycle of 275,000 pages and has a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. The Lexmark MS811N mono laser printer is integrated with an 800 MHz processor and 512 MB of memory. The trouble with the MS 811N laser printer is it lacks a duplexer.

Design

The Lexmark MS811N printer measures 16.5 x 16.7 x 20.1 inches and weighs 52.2 lbs. For connectivity, Ethernet and USB ports are offered. A USB host is also available for thumb drives. On the control panel is a numeric keypad and a 2,4 inch colour LCD display plus navigation buttons. For paper handling, the Lexmark MS811N workgroup printer has a standard 650-sheet tray. The maximum paper handling capacity is 4400 sheets and this model has a print speed of 63 ppm.

Advantages

Users don't have to wait long to get their prints from the reliable Lexmark MS811N. This robust device offers great output at quick speeds plus it has built-in Ethernet for easy networking. It works on most computers such as Mac and PC. The Lexmark MS811N network laser printer is easy to use and requires little maintenance. Eco-friendly Lexmark MS811N return program cartridges are available to help users save money and allow them to print in a more environmentally responsible manner.

Disadvantages

Navigating the Lexmark MS-811N could be easier if the display was larger. An automatic duplexer for double-sided printing is not offered, even as an option. The MS811N black and white printer is quite pricey for a monochrome laser printer and wireless LAN is an additional cost.
