The Lexmark XC9265 is a powerful multifunction printer which is also capable of scanning, faxing and copying. It can meet the needs of busy medium to large workplaces, producing letters, reports and other documents as required. It can manage a range of different paper sizes and is compatible with a variety of media including banner paper, labels and card stock. Inside, there is room for 4GB of memory, although this machine comes with 2GB as standard. A 1.2 GHz quad core processor keeps the workflow running smoothly and this is backed up by two 500-sheet input trays. For non-standard sized media, there is a 150-sheet multipurpose feeder and a 250-sheet output bin means staff can leave a print run for longer.

Design

This versatile Lexmark XC9265 printer measures 48.2 x 24.2 x 27.4 inches and weighs 239lb, it will be difficult to move once in place due to its size and bulk. The maximum monthly yield is 275,000 pages and new print runs are easy to program using the intuitive 10-inch touchscreen interface. This colour screen uses Lexmark’s e-Task software to simplify accessing apps and features.
