Ideal for offices in need of an all-around device to handle all document production and communication needs, the Ricoh Aficio MP161SPF digital multifunction copier offers the versatility of a copier, printer, scanner, and fax machine in a single, compact, easy to use and manageable device. The Ricoh Aficio MP161SPF black and white laser printer offers high-resolution printing and copying, along with full colour scanning and Super G3 faxing. The Aficio MP161SPF printer is an excellent choice for workgroups with mid volume print needs, though it does not offer the best print rates (16 ppm).
Design
The Ricoh Aficio MP161SPF multifunction office printer resembles its MP161 series mates, featuring a wide set control panel for easy menu navigation, along with an ADF that allows faster scanning of multiple page documents. The unit has a large capacity, although it can only handle mid-volume work. Scan speeds are fast, as the unit is meant for fast paced copying. However, the Ricoh Aficio MP161SPF mono laser printer does not have a colour print engine and can only print monochrome.
