The Ricoh Aficio MPC2551AD is similar to the MPC2551 but it is deemed better because of the additional recirculating document feeder. Like its predecessor, the Aficio MPC2551AD colour multifunction system is aimed at small workgroups and mini businesses that want to increase their productivity with the flexible and efficient features of the device. However, the Ricoh Aficio MPC2551AD digital colour copier printer is still quite pricey and may be overwhelming to operate for the first time.

Design

With an understated and compact frame, the Ricoh Aficio MPC2551AD colour multifunction printer weighs less than 100Kg and can be inconspicuously placed anywhere without taking up too much space. The Ricoh Aficio MP C2551AD colour laser printer is a freestanding device with a large control panel with a cluster of buttons and a big colour display screen.

Advantages

The recirculating document feeder is an innovative addition to the Ricoh Aficio MPC2551AD printer so users can save more time and effort in configuring the device. Apart from that, there is an internal punch unit and finisher. The Ricoh MP C2551AD laser printer is compatible with a wide range of paper types and users can prevent unauthorised copying or reproduction of documents with high-end security features. A small workgroup can also share the MPC2551AD printer through a wired network. The original Ricoh MPC2551AD toners are affordably priced and ensure that this printer produces fast colour output very economically.

Disadvantages

While the Ricoh Aficio MPC2551AD MFP is aimed at small offices, some features may not be necessary for their needs, causing users to overspend on an oversized multifunction printer. The device is quite expensive and upgrading it for the fax option or Wi-Fi capability means spending extra for it. The Ricoh MPC2551AD copier printer can be intimidating to use for the first time because of the busy control panel. The resolution is only limited to 600x600dpi.
