The Ricoh Aficio MPC-305SP is a compact printer that offers colour support and fast print rates. The device is the size of a normal laser printer, but it offers multifunction capabilities, including, copying, and scanning, which is a big plus for those who are looking for a personal printer that offers versatility. The Ricoh Aficio MPC305SP is also a good choice for workgroups, offering print rates up to 30 pages per minute, which means greater productivity. However, the device does not support fax and features like PictBridge support and file conversion are only optional.

Design

Compact and well designed, the Ricoh Aficio MP-C305SP is a worthy investment for any home or small office user. It has a flatbed scanner and an automatic document feeder, plus an intuitive control panel with a large LCD screen for easy controls. The device has a 1 GB memory and is designed to work with Apple, Microsoft and Novell operating systems. It supports different sizes of media up to A4, and it has slots for direct printing from USB and memory cards.

Advantages
