High image quality, versatile finishing options and paper handling, and environmentally friendly performance are among the best features of the Ricoh Aficio MPC3503SP, making it reliable for a busy and growing office. This colour multifunction printer improves productivity and streamlines the workflow, but it is expensive, heavy, and bulky.

Design

The base unit of the Ricoh Aficio MPC3503SP weighs 93.2kg and measures 587mm wide, 913mm tall, and 685mm deep. A large colour control panel dominates the understated frame. The device comes with a dry electrostatic transfer system copier, a printer, TWAIN and network-compatible scanner, and fax. The main interfaces are Ethernet, USB 2.0, and an SD card slot. The maximum paper capacity of the Aficio MPC3503SP is 4,700 sheets, while the output bin can handle up to 1,625 sheets at a time.

Advantages

It has versatile connectivity options and can handle a wide range of media types. The Ricoh Aficio MPC3503SP prints sharp and vibrant colour output in 1200x1200dpi. Built-in scanning and fax saves space and money. The Ricoh Aficio MPC3503SP can warm up in 19 seconds and print fast in speeds of up to 35ppm in monochrome and colour. The memory is upgradeable to 2GB. Bundled software simplifies monitoring of usage and security.

Disadvantages

Highly detailed images may appear washed out when reproduced because of the copier's limited 600dpi resolution. The Ricoh Aficio MPC3503SP is a heavyweight and may take up more space, especially when expanded with more paper handling and finishing options. It can be expensive to upgrade the Ricoh Aficio MPC3503SP. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional.
