An all-in-one device that offers fax, scan, copy, and print functions, the Ricoh Aficio SPC221SF multifunction printer makes an excellent addition to an office or a small business setting in need of a reliable machine for basic document handling tasks. The Aficio SPC221SF offers fast print speeds of up to 20 ppm, and maximum print resolutions of up to 1200x2400 dpi. This desktop friendly machine weighs no more than 30 kg, and measures around 420x490x475 mm. The Ricoh Aficio SPC221SF is a worthy investment, but it is limited to small format documents.

Design

The Ricoh Aficio SP C221SF colour laser printer may not be the most compact multifunction device one can find, although it has a functional design, with the ADF unit and scanner/digital copier mounted right on top of the laser printer unit.
